Sichuan Bistro Menu

At Sichuan Bistro, we offer a variety of Chinese dishes. To better cater to our patrons' preferences, we have organized our dishes into three separate menus: a regular Dinner menu, a special menu of Authentic Sichuanese favorites, and a Lunch Special menu.

The regular Dinner menu is targeted toward those who crave delicious American-Chinese restaurant standards, with a wide variety of favorites like General Tso's Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, and sweet-and-sour chicken and pork, in additional to our American-Chinese style house specialties. Most customers should have no trouble finding something they love on the regular menu.

The Sichuan specialties menu is for those with adventurous dining in mind, as well as connoisseurs of Sichuan cuisine. This menu features classic as well as modern dishes native to China's Sichuan province and surrounding regions. Although this cuisine is known best for its heat, Sichuan food spans a broad range of flavors and textures, to include mild, hot, and a "numbing" flavors characteristic of Sichuan's famous namesake spice: Sichuan peppercorn. For a truly authentic experience, give our Sichuan specialties a try.

The Lunch Specials menu is designed for those who want a quick but tasty bite to eat during your lunch hour. Althoght smaller then the regular Dinner menu, this menu does contain common favorites such as the Happy Family and General Tso's Chicken. For those looking for something on the healthier side, the Vegetable Delight and Tofu with Vegetables are both healthy and delicious. This menu is only served Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am until 3:00pm.
